The Berkeley Carroll Middle School seeks an inspirational and passionate math teacher for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. Curiosity, resilience, discernment, empathy, and an abiding interest in the special qualities of middle schoolers--as well as direct teaching experience with this age group--are essential. Our middle school covers grades five through eight, experience with these age levels is essential. Duties would also include serving as a middle school advisor. Familiarity with Math Counts or coaching math team is a plus.
