Is the driving force for managing improvement initiatives to deliver business benefits across the contract lifecycle management process and tools. Responsible for leading process analysis, documentation, design, implementation, and training/communication of process improvement initiatives for the contract lifecycle management process. Responsible for streamlining, simplifying and improving contracting end-to-end processes and driving a continuous improvement culture with systems and tools to drive productivity.
Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value to the contract lifecycle management process.
Oversee and lead multiple projects and teams, assist in identifying development opportunities based on changes to processes, training/education, technology, and play a key role in influencing change within and across operational units.
Gathers, manages, and reports data to assist management in process efficiencies and end-to-end processes. Creates reports, ad hoc analyses, dashboards, etc. to provide insights to assess operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
Communicates with contracts leaders and staff at all levels throughout the organization to influence desired improvement outcomes.
Develop, gather, and consolidate contracts; coordinate reporting efforts
Perform routine analysis of data to ensure accuracy and usability of information; evaluate data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent, scope, etc.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
Analyze and develop business process reports, diagrams, and models to support process design and redesign initiatives
Advisor on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management
Monitor business readiness and adoption through process performance audits and reports
Partner with other cross-functional teams, business units and Centralized Contracts to identify and address improvement opportunities
Help create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to standard operating procedures, process maps, etc.
Facilitate conversation around business process improvement, supporting team members across the contract lifecycle management center of excellence, through continuous improvement concepts, projects and methodologies
