| 1. Oversees the program in Anglican Studies, including colloquia, worship, spiritual formation (especially through the Annand Program for Spiritual Formation), leadership development, and community life. 2. Provides mentoring, pastoral care and academic advising to students enrolled in the Diploma and Certificate programs in Anglican Studies. 3. Coordinates the assessment of students' progress and assists in the preparation of required evaluations. 4. Works with students on vocational and placement concerns, working cooperatively with Bishops and Commissions on Ministry as necessary. 5. Participates in administrative committees of the Yale Divinity School, such as the Admissions Committee, upon assignment by the Dean, and works with prospective students on recruiting and admission procedures. 6. Collaborates with the Yale Divinity School's Director of Supervised Ministry to assist with the placement of Episcopal students in internship programs. 7. Engages in other activities of Berkeley Divinity School as indicated by the Dean. Preferred Education: Ordination as priest in the Episcopal Church or another church of the Anglican Communion. A masters degree in divinity or equivalent, with preference for a doctoral degree in hand or at an advanced stage of completion. Required Skill/ability 4: Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Required Skill/ability 2: Well-developed interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
