Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Strategic Consulting team is seeking an experienced Commercial and Financial Advisor to support complex property and infrastructure advisory engagements across public and private sector clients.
This role is suitable for candidates operating at Manager or Associate Director level, depending on experience.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial advisory engagements

• Develop and review complex financial models

• Advice on transaction structures including joint ventures, PPPs and development agreements

• Support transaction preparation, planning and execution

• Manage client engagements, including scope, commercials and risk

• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and proposals

• Support and develop junior team members

• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

About you

• 7+ yearsâ™ experience in commercial / financial advisory or consulting

• Strong financial modelling and commercial structuring capability

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

• Experience advising on complex property or infrastructure projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong preference for candidates who either hold, or are eligible to obtain, AGSVA security clearance
