About the Job:
THA operates the Compass Data Program, a data-sharing program designed to help hospitals maintain compliance with state-mandated quarterly claims reporting as well as provide market share analytics tools to hospitals, empowering them to formulate strategic business development plans.
Basic Function:
The Compass Support Advisor plays a key role in both the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the Compass Data Program. This role helps keep things running smoothly - from managing contracts and maintaining internal reports to responding to participant questions and coordinating webinars. At the same time, you will help expand the program by supporting outreach efforts, developing marketing materials, and contributing to growth strategy and sales conversations.
This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and eager to work on both relationship-building and behind-the-scenes coordination. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the Compass Director across a range of activities that keep the Compass Data Program running efficiently and growing intentionally. Responsibilities include:
Respond to participant inquiries and track engagement to ensure a high level of service
Maintain internal tools, such as reports, spreadsheets, and marketing documents
Organize quarterly webinars and help prepare related materials
Keep contract, billing, and invoice records accurate and up to date
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of hospitals, ensuring internal records and tools reflect changes
Monitor support requests and help triage or resolve issues as needed
Support the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales materials
Contribute to outreach efforts, assist in developing proposals and pitch decks for prospective hospitals
Participate in meetings with members, vendors, and internal teams to support program growth and visibility
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement and performance data to guide strategic outreach.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Stable internet connection and home office setup
Must reside in the Austin metro area (hybrid work model)
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Background in data management, healthcare, or health policy
Experience in customer service, business development, or marketing
Familiarity with trade associations or member-based organizations
Previous experience working with healthcare data or adjacent industries
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
Skills and Abilities:
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong people skills; comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-starter who’s comfortable in both independent and team settings
