The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Employee Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity/AAO in the areas of Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action. Serves as the Accommodation Coordinator. In this capacity, the employee will work closely with the Director of Employee Relations EEO/AAO to review and assess all documentation on individuals with disabilities to ascertain if they have a disability as defined by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and American Disabilities Act (ADA) and ADA Amendment Acts (ADAAA).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred:
At least two years of progressively responsible experience in human resources; preferably in employee relations. Certified mediator, facilitator and trainer.
