Keep in regular communication with Director and keep calendars and schedules up to date. Maintains students records including courses registered for, grades from previous courses, and competencies. Inputs classes into banner system each term and schedules classrooms as requested; compiles competency summary reports for each student derived from faculty reporting * Assist Internship Directors in activities for MPH 6903, 6904, and 6905. Assist in document development and preparations. Maintain database for University Affiliate Agreements. Schedule site visits for Internship Directors. Organize Internship Poster sessions. Organize Internship Fair. * DrPH Program Support for the Program Directors. Assist with scheduling meetings (including site visits) for DrPH Program Directors. Creation/development/management of DrPH program documents. Development/distribution of DrPH promotional materials. Organize communications with prospective DrPH students. Form maintenance for DrPH internship, comprehensive exams and dissertations. Coordinate development of new University Affiliation Agreements (UAAs) as needed and assure existing UAAs are renewed between the Department and internship organizations. * DPH Marketing Support. Development/distribution of MPH and Certificate electronic/print promotional materials. Attend and participate in recruitment events. Maintain database of recruitment activities. Order promotional supplies. Maintain social media and materials. Develop and distribute Departmental e-newsletter. * Compiles data and prepares accreditation reports. Compiles data and prepares PPC reports and tables derived from faculty subcommittees. Prepares departmental annual report derived from faculty's annual reports. * Maintains professional paper system coordinating professional paper database management by topic and title; assigns students to professional paper advisor; Updates program manual from faculty recommendations annually; prepares student admission and graduation reports annually; compiles SCH classroom data report; sends out announcements for student public health organization.
