We're looking for someone to join our team to support a dynamic student community that focuses on leadership development, community service, and friendship. The Office Associate serves as the primary contact for students, staff, families, advisors, and others who interact with the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
As the Office Associate you will:
Oversee, manage, and maintain the front desk operations including assisting with walk-in, phone and email communications.
Greet and welcome visitors, provide outstanding customer service by addressing needs, and create a welcoming space for students, staff and guests.
Maintain calendars for professional staff, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, management of key and swipe card access to the office, organizing financial receipts, and providing administrative support to the professional staff.
Be responsible for the management and maintenance of the fraternity and sorority community records including the collection and maintenance of chapter rosters and in-house member lists, leadership contacts, new member lists, event calendars, and other data-oriented tasks as needed.
Play an important role with creating the community grade report and will have some event planning responsibilities. This position may need to complete time-sensitive tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate's or equivalent education/experience
2 years of office/clerical work
Computer proficiency and data entry experience
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Detail oriented, strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Experience creating welcoming spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of office/clerical work
Experience with a fast-paced, educational environment
Experience working with time-sensitive assignments and tasks
Experience working with a diverse population of people
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and make decisions.
