This position is responsible for First Year and Transfer new student relationship management, managing the assigned recruitment territory, developing and participating in events and campus visits and for clearly communicating funnel status to staff and faculty. This role helps The Office of Admissions meet annual recruiting goals.
Researching activity and enrollment data from their assigned territories to make recommendations about events and schools to add and/or drop from travel
Plans, develops, analyzes and executes strategies for recruitment and admission of program specific students to meet college enrollment goals; communicates with Associate Director regarding the selected strategies; provides feedback and acts as a resource to admissions team members, staff, marketing, and faculty regarding recruitment strategies and best practices.
Visiting high schools and attending college fairs that have been productive in the past or show potential within their designated areas
Conducting monthly outreach to school counselors and college counselors in their territory
Evaluating the applications that we receive from their designated recruiting areas
Building relationships with the counselors in their assigned schools and areas to ensure they are informed about The College of St. Scholastica
Working with their applicants to help admissions meet its program/college recruiting goal for the year
Builds and maintains relationships with prospective students and families to meet established recruitment goals for the institution; communicates with prospective students and their families regarding the application process; communicates with prospective students and their families regarding scholarships, the financial aid process, and assists with events and programs.
Providing detailed feedback on events and school visits so that success of their travel can be considered each year before they create their next travel schedule
Meeting monthly with stakeholders to ensure the latest enrollment data is reviewed and updated in order to pivot on tactics
Hosting events and visits for prospective students/families
Responsible for the management of student files in Salesforce and TargetX systems including systems implementation, system integration between external and internal application and student information systems
Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
