Position Detail

The Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer will be an integral member of the executive management team and will serve as a system resource across Trinity Health. This individual will be charged with leading the continued transformation of Human Resources as Trinity Health looks to evolve as a fully integrated, strategic Human Resources model. The successful candidate will develop and convey a new vision of Human Resources that brings creative thinking and perspective throughout the system. The CHRO will advise and partner with leadership concerning all organizational initiatives and will work closely within the system to translate strategic priorities into programs that promote the well being of all colleagues.

• Ten years of progressive Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting, with an advanced degree preferred.
• This person will have a successful track record in leading an effective Human Resources department while implementing best practices.
• Broad knowledge of all technical elements involved in Human Resources, with specific functional experience in strategic recruitment and retention, employee and labor relations, compensation and total rewards, organizational development and change management.
• The candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to use and understand data analytics to assist in the operations of Human Resources, and an understanding of budgetary matters.
