Executive Director,Texas Society of Anesthesiologists
The Executive Director provides executive and operationalmanagement consistent with the strategic plan and thedirection of the board. Manages and leads the professionalstaff (up to 5.5 FTEs) and the association’s contractors toachieve the association’s mission. Advances the missionand works to achieve financial and operational objectives.Specifically, the Executive Director will: *Advise and support the board of directors in governingthe organization; participates in deliberations of theboard, supports development and implementation of thestrategic plan.*Develop and propose: the annual Plan of Work andBudget; Board and Operational Policies; New programand service opportunities; amendments to the by-laws
