Duties and Responsibilities:As a member of a progressive Academic Services Unit, the Learning Specialist will manage and support a caseload of at-risk student-athletes, specialize in working with students from a variety of sports.This individual will be responsible for conducting one-on-one academic meetings with a caseload of students, teaching learning strategies and addressing academic needs.Specific duties will also include but are not limited to development of creative ideas to best support at-risk student-athletes, and when necessary, acting as a liaison to faculty, administrators, and coaches regarding student-athlete academic matters.The Learning Specialist should adhere to all Morgan State University, MEAC Conference,
