Position DescriptionPosition Description: Duties and Responsibilities Manages a team of 3-4 international advisors and/or assistant advisors to students and scholars; trains and serves as a mentor to all advising staff; responsible for job performance evaluations Meets with direct reports regularly to provide mentorship, training, guidance, and constructive feedback Serves as a member of the senior management team of the HIO, setting strategy regarding immigration services and policy to support faculty, researchers, and students across the University Manages, facilitates, and leads important operational or immigration policy committee (i.e., Website, Communications, OPT/STEM, or Taxes); drives policy and procedural change
