Administrative Coordinator - Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students POSITION DETAILS Reporting to the Administrative Manager, along with the CUNY Title Overview, the Administrative Coordinator will perform the following duties: Provide administrative support to departments and programs within the Division of Student Affairs, with a particular focus on the Office of Student Conduct and the Student Care Team Run and maintain reports needed for decision making by departmental leadership Follow up with several parties on ongoing/ pending tasks and assignments to ensure completion and adherence to deadlines Maintain and update confidential databases, records, files, and lists on students
