The Dean serves as the chief operating and academic officer of the College of Ethnic Studies and is responsible for creating and sustaining an environment where innovation and excellence is pursued by faculty, staff, and students. The Dean must demonstrate a clear and sustained commitment to student, faculty, and staff success.
