Overview of Educational Advisor The Educational Advisor supports the mission of the TRIO Educational Talent Search (ETS) program by providing academic, college, and career advising to first-generation and income-eligible middle and high school students. The Advisor works directly with participants in assigned target schools to help them develop academic success plans, explore postsecondary pathways, and prepare for college admission and financial aid processes. This position facilitates workshops that promote college readiness, personal growth, and leadership development supports the TRIO ETS Program Director and Coordinator in maintaining compliance with all federal, institutional, and programmatic requirements.
