Assistant Dean of Simulation

Position OverviewThe Assistant Dean of Simulation is appointed by the dean and has delegated administrative responsibility for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-based education within the College of Nursing in collaboration with the Associate and Assistant Deans and Directors. This is a 12-month clinical track position with administrative effort of 50%. The primary purpose of this position is to uphold accreditation in simulation, using fiscal responsibility to manage allocated funds, revising simulation policies and procedures as needed, ensuring personnel coverage for all high-fidelity simulation and skills training events, and overseeing simulation personnel to uphold their responsibilities to smoothly deliver day-to-day simulation
