Visitation School is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Upper School Dean of Student Life for the 2025-26 school year. This is an hourly, .80 FTE, academic year-based role with scheduled hours from 7:00 – 3:30 on school days.  The role is primarily focused on attendance, security, and administrative support. The person in this position is the primary contact for visitors throughout the day and will be responsible for gathering, entering and distributing attendance information and tracking students whereabouts on a daily basis.
