Working/Functional Title International Employee Advisor Position Summary The OISS International Employee Advisor advises non-immigrant employees and university departments on immigration regulations and processes; files non-immigrant peitiions on behalf of the university; maintains employment-based immigration files for university compliance with immigration regulations; and stays abreast of current issues related to employment-based immigration. Additionally, this position provides support services and guidance for international students and scholars visiting MSU. Hybrid work statement: OISS is currently operating under a hybrid modality structure, with staff working three days in person and two days remotely with additional time onsite
