Support and Assist the camp instructors with daily lesson plans, projects and supervision of children.
Work closely with administrative staff to create, help develop, lead and implement programming and activities.
Prepare and actively participate in staff training and meetings.
Oversee various program activities and promote recreation and sports skills through fun, safe and diverse activities.
Be consistent with enforcing policies and procedures.
Make connections with campers and develop meaningful relationships.
Show enthusiasm and encourage campers to get involved in all camp activities while respecting the equipment, facilities, and personal property.
Be alert to campers and staff needs and assist with personal and/or health problems; discuss with the camp director and/or parents when appropriate.
Eat lunch with campers and ensure the eating area is clean.
Recognize and respond to problems as they arise.
HS/GED.
Must be 18 years old or older
