With direction from Director, Career Communities, the Senior Career Counselor coordinates programs and services that directly affect the quality and quantity of student outreach, engagement and activities that meet the career development needs of Arts & Sciences students (both undergraduate and graduate) and/or alumni job seekers. Applying advanced professional career coaching techniques and in partnership with various internal/external constituents, the incumbent will coordinate programs and services for multiple industry-focused career communities. Senior Career Counselors also serve as primary instructors for the suite of elective, credit-bearing Career Success courses offered through the College of Arts and Sciences.
