Job Description:Provide college-wide leadership and direction for Hennepin Technical College?s Customized Training Services Programs. Supervise the faculty and staff within these program areas. Provide the leadership and direction necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality Customized Training programs for the College?s business and industry clients.Partner with business, industry, economic development agencies, and other higher education institutions to provide high quality, responsive training programs for the Minnesota incumbent workforce.Utilize labor market data and industry trends to inform program development and align training with current and emerging workforce needs.Create transition pathways for non-credit students to credit.Salary Range: $93,713-$149,940Minimum Qualificati
