This is a full-time, 10-month clinical position that consists of providing individual and group therapy, crisis services, consultation, and regular coverage for crisis walk-in hours. In addition to these clinical responsibilities, counselors/staff psychologists provide outreach programming on campus, perform administrative tasks as needed, and engage in collaboration with other staff and faculty at Dickinson (e.g., through committee work, planning workshops and events, etc.). Counselors/staff psychologists participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Essential Functions:
Provides individual and group counseling to students.
Documents all clinical services in the electronic health records system.
Provides diagnostic and substance abuse services for students.
Provides on-call psychological crisis management for students.
Provides daytime psychological crisis management for students.
Provides outreach education, training, and consultation regarding wellness to the campus community.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field.
Must be licensed in PA or be license eligible (i.e., must obtain PA license within 90 days of hire).
