Counselor/Therapist - School of Law and University Counseling Center
JOB SUMMARYAs a member of the University Counseling Center (UCC) team, the Counselor/Therapist is responsible for the assessment and delivery of mental health services on an outpatient basis to students with varying emotional and psychological concerns. The Counselor/Therapist will split their full-time work hours between the University Counseling Center, the School of Law and other critical-need areas on campus as needed. The Counselor/Therapist will conduct initial consultations with students in order to determine a plan for future counseling services, referrals to alternative campus and/or community resources. Additional counseling services include prevention services, crisis intervention and outreach support to faculty, staff and student organizations.
