Job Description
The role of Technology Program Manager includes the following key responsibilities:Â
Solution Implementation and Project Management activities of client software implementation projects including the followingÂ
Complete comprehensive project plans to manage projects to be shared with clientÂ
Coordinate Contract Management, including preparation of contractual deliverables for technology, key terms, securing IT executive, legal & security input and approvalsÂ
Work with clients and account teams to document detailed system features and requirements, develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityÂ
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetÂ
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensure availability and allocation for the flawless execution of projectsÂ
Track project performance and analyse the successful completion of short and long term goals, manage project tasks and delegate appropriately.Â
Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Â
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesÂ
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersÂ
Coordinate SOW development and approvals trackingÂ
Perform ongoing project management including maintaining accurate client records with weekly status reports and updatesÂ
Provide project management oversight and delegation of all BA support analyst activities including migration of data, integration and report developmentÂ
Provide project closeout activities and transition to Production supportÂ
Report and Escalate to management as necessary to ensure sponsorship and support of âœat riskâ projectsÂ
Solution Development for Clients utilizing existing Client infrastructure and software as well as the application of new software technologies and systems integration (as required), support service delivery as the software implementation project manager coordinating:Â
Preparation of architectural and data flow diagrams to support the client solution, as requiredÂ
Validation with internal Network and Engineering resources, Security & Compliance for any new software, integration or configuration requiring change managementÂ
Assistance in the preparation of RFP response materials, as requiredÂ
Working with the business development point of contact, preparation of transition plans & activitiesÂ
Preparation of resource requirements, roles & responsibilities for C&W IT, C&W Service Line & Client organizationsÂ
Validation and finalize account requirements and costs for transition and ongoing support for new clients, as well as working with the overall Transition & Account leads prior to execution of the client transition.Â
Maintain competency in client applications for consulting, implementation and demonstration capabilitiesÂ
Contribute to the CBS Technology team knowledgebase with best practices, lessons learned, concept and solutions documentsÂ
Ability to leverage client applications for demonstration, data modelling and process development with the client implementation teamÂ
Provide product roadmap input for improvement of the alignment of the client applications to the business service delivery both current and future.Â
Team Leadership activities to include participation in the following:Â
Weekly Business Development discussions to support the BD process and understanding and preparing for maturing accountsÂ
Provide mentoring to new team membersÂ
Managing product knowledge base for software implementation and deliveryÂ
Mentor team members wishing to move into the PM roleÂ
Provide Portfolio and Project updates in the Weekly Service Delivery meetingÂ
Present and participate in the Quarterly CBS MeetingsÂ

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateâ™s experience and qualifications.
