Job DescriptionAnoka Technical College is seeking an unlimited, full-time (UFT) Counselor for a 171-day assignment during a nine-month academic year with the possibility of extra days during the winter break and summer term. The Counselor will work approximately 35 hours per week. The Counselor will provide personal, academic, and career counseling to currently enrolled students. The Counselor will provide community resource referrals to students, update the resource referral section of the college website, support the crisis grant process, participate in responses to crisis situations on campus, support the Early Alert academic support system, provide advising to PSEO and College Connect students, act as the first point of contact for student complaints, and manage Anoka Tech?s food pantr
