Under the direction of the Director of Admission, the full-time Transfer Admission Counselor position is responsible for recruiting new transfer students to meet the enrollment goals of the college and assisting in the development and implementation of effective strategies that result in the successful recruitment and retention of prospective students. Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Student Recruitment (85%) Develop and implement strategies to recruit undergraduate transfer students from assigned geographic territory or population (requires 4-6 weeks of regional travel in the fall and 4-6 weeks of regional travel in the spring).
