POSITION SUMMARY: The Staff Counselor provides mental health, consultation, crisis intervention, training and outreach services at CAPS. This position is responsible for most of the case management services for CAPS clients. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Direct Mental Health Services (65%): Provide some individual and group psychotherapy; a significant portion of direct services will be providing brief screening appointments for new clients, encouraging them to make use of appropriate resources on- or off-campus, and following up with these clients periodically; perform crisis intervention and crisis consultation for the campus, including rotating on-call duty during evenings and w
