General Summary of Responsibilities: The Member Engagement Specialist plays a key role in fostering a strong and connected NAPFA membership community. Reporting to the Membership Manager, this position focuses on enhancing the member experience by supporting engagement initiatives, volunteer involvement, and community-building efforts. The role involves collaborating with various member groups, managing online engagement platforms, and ensuring members have access to the resources and opportunities that help them maximize their membership. Through outreach, programming, and strategic communications, the Member Engagement Specialist helps strengthen relationships within NAPFA and supports the organization’s overall membership growth and retention goals.
