School Counselor - Upper School, FY 2025-2026
Job Summary: The School Counselor is charged with providing social, emotional, and academic support to students in the Upper School, modeling the love, concern, and mutual respect core to our mission. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing academic counseling and support to freshmen and sophomores; acting as a liaison between parents, teachers, administration, and other faculty/staff; assisting students with course registration and drop/add process; supporting and assisting new students and their families with their transition to LHP; and evaluating academic records from other schools and make appropriate curricular recommendations and scheduling placements.
