• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Talent & Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning efforts by identifying talent needs and assisting in succession planning initiatives.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with business leaders to drive engagement initiatives, enhance company culture, and support employee well-being.
• Performance & Development: Coach managers on performance management best practices and facilitate learning and development opportunities for employees.
• Compensation & Reward Programs: Work closely with the Total Rewards team to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices, supporting pay review cycles and job evaluations.
• Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness: Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives related to restructuring, organizational change, and business transformation.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment law, providing guidance on employee relations matters and resolving issues proactively.
• HR Data & Insights: Use people analytics to track trends in retention, performance, and engagement, providing data-driven recommendations to leaders.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work cross-functionally with HR teams on global projects, driving process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

Key Selection Criteria

• Bachelorâ™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment.
• Strong employee relations and HR advisory experience, with knowledge of employment laws.
• Proven ability to coach and influence managers on people-related matters.
• Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
