POSITION PURPOSEUnder general supervision, the Academic Advisor at SCC serves as a member of a professional team providing comprehensive advising services for our students, parents, high school counselors and other stakeholders regarding multiple areas including program choices, curriculum, course placement, enrollment procedures, business office policies, transfer policies, and financial aid.
