Under the direction of the Director and Associate Director of Academic Affairs the Program Advisor in the UIC College of Dentistry Office of Academic Affairs role entails supporting various academic and administrative tasks, including managing exam formats, proctoring exams, and preparing academic documents, alongside other assigned duties.
This position demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic academic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and administration of exams in ExamSoft enterprise assessment portal
Proctors onsite exams for students with accommodations
Reviews MSOS thesis for formatting, adhering to the UIC Graduate College Manual
Create and Format Letters, Agendas, Minutes, and other academic documents such as degree verification forms.
Provide general administrative support to the Office of Academic Affairs, including data entry, assistance in building out course evaluations, assistance with room reservations, and correspondence management.
Assist with scheduling meetings and management of department calendars as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
