Counselor - Community College Faculty
Job DescriptionThe CARE Center at NHCC provides personal counseling and programming related to student?s personal well-being and development. The Counselor will provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals for students. The Counselor will work closely with the campus CARE team, serve on our Behavioral Intervention Team, and consult with faculty and staff regarding student issues and concerns. This position also provides programming related to mental health, wellness, and personal, non-academic support topics. This position also serves as the Parent Navigator on campus, serving the parenting-student population.
