Job Description: Effectively recruits undergraduate students within in and out-of-state territories. Ensures recruitment and enrollment goals are met or exceeded. Monitors reports and develops timely strategies to move prospective students through the enrollment funnel.Manages an assigned geographical territory. Identifies new opportunities and develops strategies to increase enrollment. Analyzes data and statistics to identify trends and patterns that affect recruitment. Measures effectiveness of recruitment tactics.Promotes the University via high school visits, community college visits, college fairs and on-campus programming. Remains current with enrollment management practices and best practices in recruitment communication technologies.
