The primary purpose of this position is to provide counseling services to Dickinson College students. This employee conducts assessments and provides individual and/or group therapy to students seeking services at the Wellness Center.
Essential Functions:
Provide individual and/or group therapy to Dickinson College students.
Provide initial psychosocial/diagnostic assessments for students beginning individual therapy at the Wellness Center.
Document all clinical encounters according to Wellness Center guidelines.
Consult other treatment providers within the Wellness Center to provide integrated care when a student is seeing more than one provider.
Consult with other treatment providers, family members, or college personnel outside the Wellness Center regarding clients' treatment as needed and with appropriate permissions.
Attend and participate in all staff meetings as assigned.

License as a mental health professional in Pennsylvania required.
