LeTourneau University is seeking an exceptional educator and leader with a strong Christian faith to serve as Associate Dean of the College of Education, Arts and Sciences. The Associate Dean is an academic administrator who reflects and supports the University’s mission of educators engaging learners to nurture Christian virtue to develop competency and ingenuity in their professional fields, to integrate faith and work, and to serve the local and global community. The Associate Dean works in collaboration with and under the direction of the dean and assists in developing and achieving the college’s vision, mission, and goals. The Associate Dean also assists in the leadership of the college to include support for workload management; budgeting; assessment and accreditation; poli
