Over the past decade, the Career Center has developed innovative strategies to engage students in meaningful career development. The center pioneered student-to-student outreach and established an assigned career coaching model that provides individualized, consistent support to students throughout their time at Hamilton. More recently, the Career Center has spearheaded the development of Career Communities, an ecosystem connecting students with tailored industry resources and alumni networks.This is a part-time position with a pay range of $25.00 - $28.50, with the ability to set flexible hours.The Career Advisor is a member of an energetic and colla
