Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Center Executive Director at the Parkway Community YMCA will lead, coach and hold others accountable to creating a transformative Y Experience.  The Center Executive Director must possess strong leadership acumen to inspire staff, volunteers, partners and community members to support the Y mission.
