Our therapists work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, offering comprehensive support through assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapies. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently with clients and as part of a supportive team, collaborating with schools, courts, medical professionals, and other key partners to help clients thrive.

Perks of this role:
- Salary of $47-80k dependent upon licensure
- Sign-on Bonus of up to $3,500 based on education/licensure
- Free licensure supervision
- Weekday 8am-5pm; with schedule flexibility a few times a week
- Opportunity for hybrid work after 6 months of employment
- Opportunity to earn up to an additional $4800 per year
What we’re looking for:
- One (1) of the following:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology or a related field and 1 or more years’ counseling/mental health experience
- Licensed in Arizona as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Substance Abuse, or Associate Counselor.
- Licensed in Arizona as LMSW and related therapy experience
- Bi-lingual and Substance abuse experience a plus
