Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable STEAM Teacher with expertise in engineering,
science, artificial intelligence, drone technology, and related technological fields. The ideal
candidate will be capable of developing engaging curriculum that sparks curiosity and innovation
among students, while also serving as a student advisor and fulfilling dorm supervisor duties.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design and teach STEAM courses focused on engineering, science, AI, drone
technology, and modern technological applications.
? Develop and implement hands-on projects and labs that encourage creative problem-
solving and critical thinking.
? Stay current with the latest trends in technology and integrate relevant content into the
curriculum.
? Mentor students and foster an environment that encourages exploration and innovation.
? Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
? Serve as a student advisor and participate in dorm supervisor duties as needed.
? Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary STEAM programs and
contribute to faculty initiatives.
? Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
? Promote and support participation in local and national STEAM-related competitions and
events.
Qualifications:
? Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field (required).
? Teaching certification (preferred).
? Experience teaching or working in areas related to engineering, AI, drone technology,
and other modern technologies.
? Strong understanding of and experience with project-based learning and interactive
teaching techniques.
? Proven ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as a student advisor and dorm
supervisor.
