The Senior Assistant Art Director - Digital and Video will be responsible for the creative direction and execution of graphic elements for digital and video projects, including online campaigns, social media content, brand videos, and other multimedia assets. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video and digital platforms, a keen eye for design, and the skills for producing high-impact visual content. This position reports to the Creative Director.
The Senior Assistant Art Director will play a key role in the collaboration between Business Units and all areas of Philanthropy Marketing and Communications to deliver high-quality, on brand marketing and communications content and materials.
The onboarding of this role will include a comprehensive training process which includes completion of online modules, shadowing colleagues, as well as hands-on learning experiences throughout the first calendar year in the role.

Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred. Minimum 5-7 years? experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful multimedia design projects.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and video production workflows.
Excellent storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of visual narrative techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
Experience in a digital agency or production company environment.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D design.
Familiarity with video editing software and post-production processes.
Experience with live-action and animated video content creation.
