The Center for Community College Partnerships at the Research Foundation for SUNY at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Coordinator of the Center. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment, The Coordinator of the Center for Community College Partnerships (CCCP) will play a pivotal role in establishing the new Center by fostering strong collaborations between SUNY Oneonta and partner community colleges. Expectations include, but are not limited to, developing, implementing, and sustaining initiatives that create seamless transfer pathways, strengthen articulation agreements, and enhance the academic success and degree completion of transfer students. Additionally, the Coordinator will serve as a technical expert and provide training and resources to SUNY Oneonta faculty and staff on best practices for supporting transfer students, fostering faculty collaborations, and promoting student success
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, committed to serving students, our campus and our partners. This position will require travel to community colleges, along with some evening and weekend events. This is a 12-month, full-time, two-year grant funded position with opportunity for renewal. Duties include but are not limited to:
Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with community college partners, faculty, advisors, and administrators.
Coordinate efforts to establish dual admissions programs with targeted NYS Community Colleges.
Plan and execute both on and off campus events with partner institutions that support transfer student enrollment.
Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs and recommend improvements.
Assist with grant writing and proposals to secure funding for transfer-related initiatives.
Review transfer pathways from community colleges, identify challenges and collaborate to develop solutions.
Collaborate with both academic and support service departments to develop programming that facilitates and supports transfer student enrollment and success.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience working in higher education, enrollment management, academic affairs or student services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of transfer processes, articulation agreements, and community college systems.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and equity.
Preferred:
Master’s degree
Experience working directly with community colleges or transfer programs.
Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Banner) and CRM platforms.
Experience with event coordination, outreach programs, or public speaking.
