The Dean of Students Office handles many critical roles for the University, its students, and other community members. A few of these critical roles include: student advocacy; promoting diversity and inclusion; student intervention; student discipline; assisting with reports to internal and external parties, including the Federal and State Governments; working with faculty, staff, and administration; and promoting student success. The Assistant Dean will assist the Dean of Students Office fulfill its key responsibilities. The Assistant Dean of Students will serve as Dean of Students in their absence; the Assistant Dean oversees the Maxient software and reports; directs the Benefits Navigator program for the University; provides leadership and guidance in response to student issue
