DESCRIPTION
The Financial Analyst uses professional financial services concepts. Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of moderately complicated issues. Works on financial services problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Main job functions:
Maintain clean vendor accounts by reviewing/analyzing electronic data that comes through.
Work with third-party entities such as Transcepta and Payment Works to ensure data is coming across correctly.
Perform a wide variety of audits and provide reports to suppliers regarding the status of their account.
Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
Research and resolve invoice issues. Determining root cause to avoid future problems.
Vendor maintenance- reviewing vendor files for accuracy.
Involved with the on-boarding of new vendors to our electronic platforms for invoicing and payment status.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.
Two (2) or more years of Experience and proven success in working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for financial analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high paced environment with shifting priorities.
10-Key experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Premier Connect.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $58,600 - $100,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $28.07 - $48.28
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
