Position Summary: The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) is a strategic business partner aligned to Executive Leaders within Willow Bridgeand will be a part of developing the business partner function here at WillowBridge.As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will build trusted advisorrelationships, understand the business priorities, and translate those into apeople strategy. You will be a critical leader partnering with the leadershipteam on org optimization, workforce productivity and development,executive engagement, and long-term vision planning. You will helpexecutives look around corners with data- driven recommendations thatimprove performance, retention, and overall culture. You will driveorganizational transformation in support of growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor on People & Culture issues to assigned client groups by developing strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business/culture to provide vision, strategic leadership, and communication aross the organization.
In partnership with the VP of Talent Management and PCPB Team execute the organizational and people strategy to elevate culture, improve organizational health and enhance employee engagement.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders and managers within the organization (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People & Culture function to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Manage elevated levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries.
Mentor teammates across the organization to support the organizational and business needs.

Qualifications
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of Human Resources experience in a business partneringcapacity with an emphasis workforce planning, long term visionplanning, organization agility and optimization, and executiveengagement.
Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders inthe design, development, and execution of human resources strategiesand initiatives, including organization design, change management,learning and development, management & leadership capabilitybuilding, (strategic) workforce planning, talent management,succession planning, culture and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, includingcompensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations,diversity, performance management, and federal and state respectiveemployment laws.
Bachelorâ™s Degree preferred.
