The Student Hourly Assistant, under general supervision, will assist the Career Development Advisor by providing assistance with marketing and daily operations.Responsibilities:Create posters, flyers, and other advertisementsAnswer emails and return phone callsCoordinate and schedule meeting timesMarket and advertise eventsProvide weekly progress reportsOccasional evening hours Tuesdays-Thursdays may be neededHelp with setup and hosting of events on campusOther duties as requiredRequired Education and Experience:Presently enrolled at Prairie View A&M University for at least nine (9) graduate or six (6) undergraduate semester credit hours during the term
