Senior Academic Advisor
The Senior Academic Advisor will support the enrollment, retention, engagement, and graduation of upper-division (Juniors and Seniors) students. Under the limited supervision of the Managing Director, this individual will provide academic advising and success coaching to upper-division undergraduate students in all majors in the College. The Senior Academic Advisor will build rapport, ease transition, and support retention by advising students on academic requirements and procedures, providing support for students facing a variety of moderately complex institutional and personal problems, connecting students to appropriate resources on campus to foster student success, and advocating for the needs of individual students and groups of students.
