General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Five years of experience as a practicing behavior analyst or teacher or in a related field. Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst of Texas. Additional education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs advanced administrative and supervisory program work coordinating activities for the Sam Houston Autism Research and Education (SHARE) Workshop Series 2.0.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Coordinates, plans, and implements activities of the Sam Houston Autism Research and Education (SHARE) Workshop Series 2.0. Designs, coordinates, leads, and implements workshop trainings for educators of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Texas. Leads on-site and virtual training workshops. Observes and mentors educators, and evaluates progress. Collaborates with the project director and graduate research assistants to implements solutions. Plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the program. Recruits educators, builds partnerships with districts and educational service centers. Prepares and oversees the preparation of training and operational manuals. Prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports on the effectiveness of program activities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
