The Business Systems Analyst/Administrator is part of the ACIO - Systems and Tools team. The Systems and Tools team is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of ISC's portfolio of internal tools including but not limited to Apptio, ISC's TBM Solution, Remedy, and Planview. The Business Systems Analyst/Administrator will operate within IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Resource Management frameworks as well as work with senior team members to collaborate on the development and implementation of customizations, integration, deployments, and requested functionality within the applications various modules.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of ISC's ITSM (BMC Helix) and IT Resource Management (Resource Management by SmartSheets) Systems. Customization and Development of modules supporting ITSM .
• Work with teams within ISC to understand business processes and develop modules and enhancements in support of those business processes.
• Implement components of ITIL frameworks in their day-to-day operations and support service teams that rely on these internal tools.
• Onboarding/offboarding of staff as well as training in use of various applications within the portfolio.
• Work on project teams focused on implementing new software or integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years supporting and developing within an enterprise ITSM application. Demonstrating competence on progressively complex and large-scale projects (enterprise-wide) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of independent data sources within IT source systems and assets.
• Demonstrated self-starter, critical thinker and proven problem solver who has strong communication (verbal and written)

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
